On Monday, May 26 we drove towards the west  to reach Tlemcen
173.5 km far from Oran city to make sure everything was ready for the 4th workshop that had been planned at the conference hall of IBIS Hotel.

We started our workshop with an introduction to iEARN and an overview of CSYN project.

Mr. Louzandji spoke eloquently about [email protected] achievements from the first day, i.e. January 22nd, 2013 till May 6th, 2014.

We continued our workshop with the best PBL practices through the different phases of implementing global collaborative projects in the curriculum while suggesting the use of worksheets provided at the Buck Institute of Education (BIE).

So impressed by the students project exhibition, teachers admitted the need for more professional development courses and the importance of implementing global collaborative project based learning in their classrooms.

Mr.Amine Slimani said:

"The most valuable aspect of the workshop was the process of dealing with the 3 phases in implementing PBL in the classroom."

We ended our workshop with feedback forms to gather more information about our participants and see how well we could share with them our experience in global collaborative projects. We were very pleased to see their will to learn and share with the world not just about it.
Most teachers loved the projects exhibition and appreciated the work done collaboratively by teachers and their students. Teachers also liked the phases of implementing PBL in the classroom.

Mr. Ali Fettouche from Daoud Mohamed High School at Remchi, Tlemcen , said:
"The workshop went beyond my expectations, we could follow everything step by step and I was impressed by the projects exhibition.
I promise to use what I learned in my future teaching practices and I would like all teachers to live this enriching experience."

He added saying, "I would have been upset to miss such an opportunity to change my way of teaching.
Thank you for your kindness and involvement.
 May god help you all."
The workshop took more time at the closing session while participants were taking their refreshments. They could not leave without expressing their gratitude and inviting us to come back in september to start official collaboration.
